¿Un perrito caliente con chocolate y plátano? ¡Nosotros ya tenemos merienda para esta tarde! Te traemos una nueva receta Clavileño de lo más peculiar. ¿Tienes todo listo para empezar? ¿No? ¡Te decimos cómo!
INGREDIENTES
Pan de leche:
- 1/2 kg harina de fuerza
- 1/2 taza azúcar
- 1/4 litro leche
- 2 cucharadas (soperas) de margarina
- 2 cucharadas (soperas) de miel
- 25 gr levadura fresca (panadería)
- 1 huevo
- 1 pizca de sal
- Cacao en polvo sin azúcares añadidos 200 gr Clavileño
- Fresas
Otros:
- Plátanos o bananas (tantos como perritos calientes se pretendan elaborar)
- Fresas
- Cacao en polvo sin azúcar Clavileño
PREPARACIÓN
Pan de leche:
- Mezclar levadura y harina tamizadas en un bol.
- Añadir huevo y batir.
- Añadir azúcar, miel y sal y mezclar.
- Añadir margarina y trabajar la masa durante 15 o 20 minutos hasta conseguir una mezcla suave.
- Hacer una bola con la masa y dejarla reposar 2 horas.
- Aplastar la masa y cortar tantos trozos como panes se requieran (se ha de tener en cuenta el tamaño del plátano).
- Extender cada trozo con rodillo y crear una bola.
- Colocar cada trozo sobre una bandeja con papel de horno sin tocarse (2 o 3 cm de distancia).
- Pincelar cada trozo con leche.
- Precalentar el horno a 180ºC.
- Hornear de 10 a 15 minutos hasta que queden dorados.
- Retirar y dejar reposar.
Chocolate:
- Calentar leche a baño maría o al microondas en una taza.
- Añadir tantas cucharadas de cacao en polvo Clavileño sin azúcares añadidos como de espeso queramos nuestro chocolate o cantidad queramos elaborar para nuestros perritos.
- Remover constantemente hasta adquirir el espesor deseado.
Presentación:
- Cortar por la mitad cada pan de leche.
- Añadir el plátano o banana.
- Cerrar y colocar trozos de fresa cortados alrededor.
- Esparcir el chocolate caliente por encima como si del ketchup de un perrito caliente se tratara.
