Recetas para San Valentín: Tarta de queso exprés con chocolate Ruby
El buen tiempo, la buena compañía y las mejores recetas hacen que Chocolates Clavileño se emocione con sorpresas culinarias como las de Elisa del blog Especialmente Dulce. Y es que nos ha preparado un dulce exquisito, fresquito (que apetece más que nunca esta temporada) con nuestro nuevo chocolate con leche sin gluten: ¡Mousse de chocolate, miel y cacahuetes! ¿Nos ponemos manos al chocolate? Porque nuestra encantadora blogger ha sabido deleitarnos con un postre que, como ella misma indica, ¡es de 10! Te dejamos con su receta:
INGREDIENTES (4 unidades)
- 350 ml. nata líquida para montar (mínimo de 35% m.g.)
- 250 grs. queso mascarpone
- 100 grs. chocolate con leche, miel y cacahuetes Clavileño
- 100 grs. leche condensada (ligh o normal)
- 2 grs. de Agar-Agar en polvo
- 1 cucharada sopera (de 15 ml.) de azúcar glasé
PARA DECORAR
- 20 grs. chocolate con leche, miel y cacahuetes Clavileño
- Cacahuetes tostados y salados
- Miel
ELABORACIÓN
- Echar en una cacerola el mascarpone, 200 ml. de nata, leche condensada y agar-agar y poner a fuego a medio removiéndolo de vez en cuando hasta que empiece a hervir. Cuando lo haga, dejar dos minutos hasta que se espese.
- De mientras, trocear el chocolate y reservar 20 grs. para rallar y adornar el postre. Echar los trozos en un bol amplio y cuando se termine de cocinar el preparado anterior, echar encima del chocolate y remover hasta que se funda por completo. Después dejar que se enfríe.
- Cuando esté frío, montar el resto de la nata (que debe estar muy fría) junto al azúcar glasé y, una vez firme, incorporar con mucho cuidado y movimientos envolventes para que no se baje el resto de ingredientes que teníamos en el bol.
- Terminar rellenando los vasos o copas individuales con la mousse y decorarla con cacahuetes, el resto de chocolate rallado y un chorrito de miel al gusto. Tapar con papel transparente y refrigerar un mínimo de horas o un día entero.
