Pues entonces éste pastel te va a encantar, queda muy esponjoso, suave, y un sabor a chocolate delicioso.
Ingredientes:
4 huevos
2 vasos de azúcar
1 vaso de leche entera
1 vaso de aceite de oliva
2 vasos de harina
1 vaso de chocolate en polvo a la taza Clavileño
6 gramos de levadura
Un puñadito de piñones
Cobertura
200 gr. chocolate Clavileño especial repostería
Una cucharita de mantequilla
Un chorrito de leche
Preparación:
Echamos los huevos en un bol y los batimos, añadimos el azúcar, mezclamos y vamos agregando el resto de ingredientes.
Lo vertemos en un molde de plum-cake untado con mantequilla y enharinado. Lo introducimos en el horno ya precalentado a 180º durante unos 45 o 50 minutos.
Comprobamos si está hecho, introduciendo una aguja, si ves que se dora mucho, lo tapamos con papel de aluminio y vamos comprobando.
Una vez que esté hecho lo sacamos del horno y dejamos que enfríe.
Una vez completamente frío el bizcocho, le vertemos el chocolate por encima.
El chocolate, lo derretimos al baño de maría junto con la mantequilla y la leche.
