Hoy nuestra amiga Cristina del blog «Descubriendo nuevos sabores» nos ha preparado esta sensacional receta para elaborar una deliciosa tarta de chocolate utilizando nuestros productos Clavileño, con una espectacular y divertida cobertura de colores. A continuación os dejamos la receta:
Ingredientes:
– 200gr de harina
– 250gr de azucar moreno
– 6 huevos
– 250gr de mantequilla
– 50gr de Chocolate Clavileño en polvo
– Un sobre de levadura de repostería
– Un poco de canela
– Lacasitos decoracion final
Preparación:
Para elaborar esta fabulosa receta de Tarta de Chocolate, lo primero que hacemos es mezclar el azucar con la mantequilla hasta que se haga una crema. Se baten muy bien los huevos y se le añade a esta mezcla la levadura, la harina, el cacao y la canela y se mezcla todo muy bien. Ahora cogemos una fuente previamente engrasada con mantequilla, se vierte todo el contenido de esta mezcla, y se introduce en el horno a una temperatura de unos 170º durante una media hora.
Para saber si está hecha, cuando acabe el tiempo de su cocción, introduciremos un pincho y si sale limpio es que está bien hecha sino la tendremos que dejar unos minutos más en el horno.
Para hacer la cobertura de chocolate, se derrite mantequilla en un cazo, una vez lista se mezcla con azucar glasé y cacao; con ayuda de una espátula, cubrimos toda la parte de arriba de la tarta y dejamos en friar unas dos horas, para decorar después con lacasitos.
