Besos de Chocolate y Merengue de Fresa
Ingredientes:
– 100g de claras de huevo (3 huevos tamaño L)
– 100g de azúcar blanca
– 100g de azúcar glass
– 1 cucharadita de aroma de fresa concentrado
– Una pizca de sal
– Colorante en Gel color rosa
– Chocolate negro extrafino especial cobertura Clavileño
Preparación:
Precalentamos el horno a 80ºC con ventilador. En un bowl vertemos las claras y añadimos una pizca de sal, montamos las natas a punto de nieve a velocidad alta. Cuando las claras comienzan a montar, agregamos el azúcar blanco hasta que esté homogénea la mezcla. Añadimos a la mezcla el colorante, al gusto, con ayuda de un palillo vamos agregando colorante y mezclando. Si fuera necesario más, utilizaremos otro palillo limpio y repetiremos la operación hasta obtener el color que deseemos. Cubrimos dos bandejas con papel encerado para horno y, con ayuda de una manga pastelera de boquilla de estrella, presionamos subiendo la manga hasta que queden como botoncitos. Introducimos las bandejas al horno y horneamos durante 2 horas.
Cuando estén listos y fríos los merengues, en una olla al baño María, fundimos la cobertura de chocolate, cuando esté totalmente fundido, lo apartamos del fuego e introducimos la mitad de los merengues en el chocolate, dejamos que se enfríen en una rejilla. De esta forma quedarán los merengues con la mitad de fresa y la mitad de chocolate.
Y ya tenemos nuestro regalo perfecto para San Valentín.
