Una nueva semana y una nueva receta que se une a nuestro archivo. Oídos de Chocolate sigue en crecimiento constante como una comunidad en la que los amantes del chocolate y la repostería podemos compartir nuestros gustos y experiencias con nuestro dulce sabor favorito. Esta vez Sara nos envía, desde su blog Las Dulces Ideas, esta receta para preparar unos Crepes de Chocolate y Frutos Rojos, con tierra de galleta.
Ingredientes para 10/12 Crepes
Relleno:
300 gr de Fresas
2 cucharadas de azúcar
1 cucharadita de vinagre de Módena
Masa de los crepes:
2 huevos
150 gr harina
300 ml de Leche
2 cucharadas de azúcar (mejor azúcar moreno)
4 cucharadas de chocolate Clavileño sin azúcar
Para decorar:
100 gr de Arándanos Rojos
Galletas Oreo
Chocolate Clavileño en polvo
Preparación:
El primer paso es hacer el relleno de nuestros Crepes. Pon en una sartén un poquito de aceite de oliva y cuando esté caliente introduce las fresas ya laminadas junto con el azúcar y el vinagre, queremos que se frían, no hacer una mermelada. Retíralo y resérvalo.
Ahora es el turno de los Crepes, es muy importante utilizar una sartén antiadherente, de otra manera por mucho que lo intentes se te van a romper. La masa es muy fácil de realizar, bate los huevos y añade el azúcar, a continuación añade la harina tamizada junto con el cacao y la leche hasta que se forme una masa homogénea. Una vez tengas la sartén adecuada, engrásala con un poco de aceite o en su defecto mantequilla pero en pequeña cantidad solo para que se forme una pequeña capa en la sartén. Cuando esté la sartén bastante caliente añade como tres cucharadas de masa y extiéndela rápidamente moviendo la sartén para formar una pequeña capa, cuando esté cocida dale vuelta y colócala en un plato.
Para presentarlo, en el interior del Crepe coloca las fresas y algunos arándanos, sirve el crepe sobre una cama de galletas Oreo trituradas y coloca algunos arándanos y chocolate Clavileño en polvo a modo de decoración. ¡Y ya está listo!
