Crema de cacao casera: un placer fácil y delicioso con Chocolates Clavileño
Hoy os traemos una nueva receta por parte de nuestra amiga Sofía de «Mil ideas Mil proyectos», un bundt de chocolate con crema de hierbabuena que os hará repetir más de una vez. 😉
INGREDIENTES
5 huevos
1 cucharada de chocolate en polvo sin azúcar añadido Clavileño.
PARA LA CREMA
300 ml. de nata para montar
4 pastillas de chicle de hierbabuena
– Comenzamos mezclando con las varillas la mantequilla, que tendremos a temperatura ambiente junto con el azúcar, hasta conseguir una crema, si tardáis no os preocupéis al principio parecerán grumos, pero según se van mezclando esta crema se consigue.
– En otro bol, mezclamos la harina, junto con los gasificantes y la cucharada de chocolate, tamizamos la mezcla.
– Separamos las claras de las yemas y montamos las claras, con un separador de claras, bien práctico.
– Unimos la crema de mantequilla junto a la harina y las yemas y batimos con las varillas
– Añadimos las claras montadas y con una espatula de abajo a arriba, mezclamos, hasta conseguir una crema homogénea.
– Pulverizamos el molde que vayamos a utilizar con el desmoldante y rellenamos el molde con la preparación, con ayuda de la espatula, nivelamos la masa.
– Precalentamos el horno a 200 ºC, he introducimos nuestro Bundt, durante unos 30 minutos aprox.
– Si al cabo de este tiempo comprobamos con una aguja que no esta hecho por dentro lo dejaremos durante otros 10 minutos más.
– Al cabo de este tiempo retiramos del horno y lo dejamos enfriar en el molde, hasta que este templado.
– Retiramos del molde y dejamos enfriar por completo.
AHORA TOCA PREPARAR LA CREMA
– Ponemos en un cazo, la nata junto con el azúcar y las pastillas de chicle de hierbabuena y calentamos, con las varillas vamos mezclando, hasta conseguir que espese un poco.
– Retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar.
Cubrimos el BUNDT con la crema y listo
A quien le guste el chocolate y la hierbabuena, ha encontrado su tarta favorita, es una delicia, la verdad es que yo estaría picoteando de ella todo el rato.
