Cookies con gotas de Chocolates Clavileño by Dulces Postres Magdalena
Desde «Delirio por el dulce» nos llega esta estupenda y sencilla receta para preparar unas graciosas Palmeritas, tanto con glaseado, como con chocolate, y en este caso nos las han preparado con nuestro chocolate sin lactosa, una vez más eliminando barreras en la repostería. Y sin más dilación, os dejamos directamente con la publicación que nos envían:
Riquísimas tanto glaseadas como con chocolate, imposible elegir. Es una receta muy sencilla y además en estos días de Semana Santa es muy entretenida para hacerla con los peques, ¡será muy divertido!
En la receta he adaptado los ingredientes, utilizando productos sin lactosa. Y he realizado la mitad de las palmeritas glaseadas y la otra mitad con ganaché de chocolate con leche.
Ingredientes:
- 1 plancha de hojaldre fresco rectangular (también se puede utilizar hojaldre congelado, pero yo personalmente prefiero el fresco por su textura y acabado).
- Azúcar blanco (al gusto, yo utilicé aproximadamente 40 grs.).
Para el glaseado:
Para el ganaché de chocolate con leche:
- 200 grs. de chocolate con leche Sin lactosa Clavileño.
- 200 ml. de nata Sin lactosa.
Con las cantidades para realizar el ganaché de chocolate os sobrará bastante. En este caso si no pensáis utilizarla simplemente calculad la cantidad que queréis reduciendo los ingredientes a partes iguales.
Preparación:
- Precalentamos el horno a 180º C.
- Espolvoreamos parte del azúcar blanco por la mesa de trabajo.
- Extendemos la plancha de hojaldre y añadimos el resto del azúcar y con un rodillo ayudaremos a que se adhiera bien el azúcar.
- Enrollamos el hojaldre desde los extremos hacia el centro.
- Partimos con un corte rápido (sin manipular demasiado el hojaldre) porciones de aproximadamente 1- 1,5 cm.
- Sobre el papel de hornear que contiene el paquete de hojaldre vamos colocando y dando forma a nuestras palmeritas.
- Introducimos a media altura la bandeja y horneamos durante 15-20 min. Ir observándolas hasta que se doren.
- Dejamos enfriar en una rejilla.
- Preparamos el glaseado. Para el cual fundimos la margarina en el microondas, a continuación agregamos el azúcar glasé y la cucharada de agua y lo mezclamos todo, una vez integrados todos los ingredientes y las palmeritas estén frías bañamos la mitad de ellas en la glasa y dejamos escurrir y secar nuevamente en la rejilla.
- Preparamos el ganaché como en otras ocasiones. Ponemos a calentar la nata y cuando rompa a hervir la retiramos del fuego e iremos añadiendo el chocolate con leche y mezclamos hasta conseguir el ganaché, dejamos enfriar y una vez frío lo introducimos aproximadamente 30 min. en la nevera, a continuación bañaremos el resto de palmeritas y al igual que con las glaseadas dejamos escurrir y secar en la rejilla.
