Receta de bolitas de coco y chocolate: un snack dulce y saludable
Efectivamente, todos nos merecemos un buen dulce con sabor a primavera sea cual sea el impedimento. Por ello, Sofía de ‘Mil ideas mil proyectos’ nos ha preparado una receta deliciosa apta para diabéticos con Chocolates Clavileño: ¡MOUSSE DE CHOCOLATE A LA MENTA! ¿Qué dices, seguimos sus consejos y sorprendemos a esa persona que ha de evitar el azúcar a toda costa?
INGREDIENTES MOUSSE DE CHOCOLATE
- 175 grs. de chocolate Clavileño negro 60% sin azúcar
- 200 ml. de nata para montar más 3 cucharadas
- Dos pizcas de sal
- 2 claras de huevo
- 2 cucharadas de sustituto de azúcar
- ½ cucharadita de extracto de menta o pipperment
ELABORACIÓN
- Partir el chocolate Clavileño puro 60% sin azúcar en onzas y ponerlas en un bol apto para microondas junto con 3 cucharadas de nata y una pizca de sal.
- Introducir el bol en el microondas y calentar a máxima potencia en intervalos de 30’’, de manera que iremos sacando el bol y mezclando con una cuchara de madera tantas veces como sea necesario hasta que se funda.
- En otro bol batir los 200 ml. de nata para montar, cuando la hayamos montado, la reservamos en la nevera hasta que la utilicemos.
- Montar las claras con una pizca de sal hasta que se formen picos. Una vez formados, le vamos añadiendo el sustituto del azúcar poco a poco hasta que tengamos las claras a punto de nieve.
- Le incorporamos la media cucharadita de extracto de menta e integramos las claras con ayuda de una espátula de silicona con movimientos envolventes de abajo a arriba para que las claras no bajen.
- Agregar el chocolate poco a poco a la mezcla con el mismo movimiento hasta que no haya veta alguna.
- Añadir la nata montada de la nevera e ir mezclando con el mismo movimiento y la espátula de silicona.
- Verter el preparado en 6 vasos individuales.
- Guardar os vasos de mousse en la nevera hasta que estén cuajados (2 horas aproximadamente).
- ¡Disfrutar!
