Queridos chocolateros, un nuevo mes ha llegado y con él nuestro nuevo concurso de repostería, que como sabéis, cumple con las líneas que marca nuestro calendario Oídos de Chocolate 2015, y por lo tanto, este mes nos toca la increíblemente deliciosa Red Velvet Cake.
Este mes supone un reto, ya que es una receta algo más difícil de preparar, pero al mismo tiempo nos abre más opciones a la hora de ser creativos, pues, para empezar, ya nos da la opción de elaborar tarta o cupcakes con una misma receta, sólo tenemos que cambiar el relleno por cobertura para el cupcake.
Como siempre, sabéis que tenéis todo el mes para participar y que una vez terminado el mes conoceremos al ganador.
